Hardware in the Loop Simulation for Bottle Sealing Process Virtualized on Unity 3D

This paper details the design and implementation of a virtualized bottle sealing plant using Hardware in Loop technique, for which it is divided into two parts: (i) Software consists environment Unity 3D to visualize its behavior real time; (ii) was implemented through PLC S7 1200 AC/DC/RLY (Programmable Logic Controller), responsible automation plant, programmed software TIA Portal V16 (Totally Integrated Automation Portal) control panel with buttons indicator lights. The developed parts communicate bidirectional TCP/IP Ethernet, achieving Server–Client architecture. For real-time monitoring visualization, SCADA (Supervisory Control Data Acquisition) system InTouch considered. In addition, data acquisition accomplished OPC (Open Platform Communication) server; functionality server transmit information generated an industrial at enterprise level. allows process execute tasks connectivity automated processes their supervision, as well having scalability so that more tags can be included other over time ensure operability.
